Suman mishra समस्तीपुर : अपराधियों के हौसले इतने बुलंद हो गये हैं।  दिन दहारे ज्वेलरी दुकान पहुच स्वर्ण ब्यबसायी की गोली मरकर हत्या कर दिया ।पुलिस और प्रशासन का भय उन्हें नहीं रह गया है। इस बात का एकबार फिर अपराधियों ने प्रमाण दिया है । दलसिंहसराय थाना क्षेत्र के घाट नवादा (एन एच) के पास संचालित सोहन ज्वेलर्स नामक दुकान में अपराधियों ने घुसकर दिन-दहाड़े मालिक रमेश साह  की गोलीमार कर हत्या कर दी। रमेश के सीने में दो गोलियां लगने से उनकी घटनास्थन पर ही मौत हो गयी।  गोली की आवाज सुन रमेश को बचाने गये एक ठेला चालक भरत पासवान को भी अपराधियो ने नहीं बख्सा उसे भी 5 गोली मार दी । घायल भारत को अनुमंडल अस्पताल लाया गया जहाँ स्थिती नाजुक देख पटना रेफर किया गया है। घटना को अंजाम देने के बाद अपराधी दुकान में आराम से लूटपाट कर चलते रहे ।  ये घटना शहर में आग की तरह फ़ैल गयी ।  घटना के बाद से व्यवसायियों में भारी आक्रोश व्याप्त है। वहीं घटना की सूचना मिलते ही एसपी नवल किशोर सिंह घटना स्थल पर पहुंच मामले की छानबीन में जूट गए है । एसपी के सामने अस्पताल में कुछ लो...

Bihar Governor Ram Nath Kovind said that despite having a legacy of poor growth rate Bihar today is one of the fastest growing States in the country. “This speaks volumes about the efficacy of policies of the State Government”, he said, while inaugurating the two-day  annual conference of International Growth Centre (IGC)-Bihar here. “For a country like India and a State like Bihar where there is inequality of wealth possession and also of livelihood opportunities, such conferences are all the more important to give proper direction to Government policies,” said Kovind. Emphasising that growth needed to be inclusive, the Governor said there could be “no social justice minus distribution justice”. There was no dearth of resources, the need was to allocate them equally, he added. Speaking on the occasion, Education Minister Ashok Choudhary said Bihar is on the path of development and the conference was a celebration of this fact.
